The United States, without joining the Paris climate agreement or other international bureaucracies, has reduced carbon dioxide emissions more than any other country this century, with a 12% U.S. emissions decline since 2000. Nevertheless, the rest of the world has increased its emissions 64% since 2000. China, India, the United Nations, and the Paris climate agreement are the cause of rising global emissions, and U.S. market-driven policies are the solution.
